    We receive your enquiry and return contact within 24 working hours
  • Discussion

    We discuss in detail your requirements and select the best options available for your criteria
  • The Tailor Made Trip

    Your Tailor Made Trip takes place and you discover the perfect property for you!
  • Securing the Property

    At this point we introduce you to well established and independent legal and financial advisers to secure the property
  • Reserved!

    The property is taken off the market via a reservation and taken into your lawyer’s client account
  • Paperwork

    Paperwork required includes Power of Attorney forms for your lawyer, NIE number applications, due-diligence on the property and a private purchase contract is prepared
  • Mortgage

    If a mortgage is required it is at this stage the application is submitted. We recommend our highly experienced and established suppliers to obtain the best rates available.
  • Deposit

    The deposit is now secured on the property, typically 10% of the purchase price, and a completion date is provided.
  • The Signing

    The most exciting step, signing of the deeds at the local public notary, accompanied by your lawyer and the sellers lawyer.
  • Completion

    After signing, your lawyer will contact the land registry for change of ownership and utility companies to switch on water and electricity.
  • Aftersales

    We are always here to help every step of the way, we follow up with each purchase to ensure our clients have a smooth and hassle free experience.
  • The Extras

    If you wish to rent your holiday home while you are away, we can introduce our preferred Rental Management partner that handles all aspects of your rental. We also supply beautiful, high quality furniture packs that sets your property apart from the rest and gives you a completely hands-off rental income.
