Signature Living and Lawrence Kenwright celebrate success as Private Developer of the Year

Signature Living Group Scoops Best Private Developer of the Year Award

Signature Living has been recognised by one of the most influential publications in British real estate, First Time Buyer as the Best Private Developer of 2017 at its awards ceremony in London’s Waldorf Hilton Hotel on 21st April.

The award focuses not just the design and quality of the properties developed by Signature Living but also acknowledges the excellent performance of the Liverpool-based developer.

Signature Living Group is one of the UK’s fastest growing property developers, specialising in long-term and short-term accommodation solutions, residential, hotels and most recently, coworking spaces.

With its HQ in the heart of Liverpool, Signature Living is regarded as a serious leader in the redevelopment of ‘forgotten’ buildings in the city, for which it has received major acclaim. First Time Buyer magazine recognised the developer’s achievements in transforming relatively ‘ugly’ buildings into highly desirable addresses.

The redevelopment of Daniel House, – a former office block – into highly desirable residential apartments, and the transformation of Liverpool’s 60 Old Hall Street into first-class apartment living suited to first-time buyers, are both staples of the Signature Group’s portfolio. This year, Signature Living Group is set to embark on a greater expansion programme across the UK, with sites earmarked in Cardiff, Manchester, Newcastle and London.

Signature Brand enters Coworking Space Sector

This has been an exceptionally busy year for the Signature brand and its foray into the booming coworking sector is set to increase its profile even further. Coworking spaces are new-style flexible offices designed specifically for the way we work today, encompassing digital technologies, collaborations and connections.
